Uh...
My item seems to be... malfunctioning?
I've acquired someone else's inmate. And lost Victor.
How... Was I doing a bad job? I wasn't doing a bad job. I wasn't complacent or...
Munsell in a canoe, what is this?
[Private to Sveta]
Petronilla's your inmate, right?
She seems to be on my item.
...What should I do? I don't think I've ever talked to her before.
[Private to Petronilla]
Hello! I'm Eddie Russett, and I'm not quite sure what's happened. I think it's an accident, as I definitely don't have your file or anything, but you seem to be my inmate.
Or at least, seem to be on my item. If you need anything, ask... actually, perhaps we could meet. Perhaps we should.
[Private to Victor]
I don't know what's going off, but keep in touch.
[Private to Jane]
Ugh, this makes no sense.
I just want to get Limed tonight. Is that bad?

Re: spam.
Date: 2011-08-30 03:34 pm (UTC)There's nothing for it. [She grimaced and crossed her arms.] You'll just have to stay in the corridor.
Re: spam.
Date: 2011-08-30 03:56 pm (UTC)[He frowned,] We could go to my room and I could stay in the bathroom.
[He was gentlemanly enough to give up his room, but not to the point of sleeping in a corridor. Hopefully giving her some concession, but not exactly what she wanted would work alright.]
Re: spam.
Date: 2011-08-30 04:12 pm (UTC)Fine. [She smiled, just a little too brightly, and turned to go sit back down at her table.]
In the meantime, we can stay here.
Re: spam.
Date: 2011-08-30 04:18 pm (UTC)Alright. Was there... anything in particular you were doing? I can help if you like. It makes all our lives easier if we help each other... during stupid floods like this, if nothing else.
[He noticed she didn't have lightglobes like the rest of the Previous. Curious.]
Re: spam.
Date: 2011-08-30 04:30 pm (UTC)You'd like to help me with this? [She smiled to herself and picked up her needle, going back to her work and humming as though he wasn't there.] Do you know how to play the psaltery? You could play as I work.
Re: spam.
Date: 2011-08-30 04:36 pm (UTC)[He wasn't even sure what a psaltery was, so just frowned and watched what she was doing,] What are you embroidering?
[There was a slight awkward pause where he stuck his hands in his pockets and looked around for something to do,]
Can you leave that for a bit, I'd... well, I'd like something to read. Or I could even go and get my violin. [Just... yes, watching someone embroider was not a fun or productive use of his time. As much as he was trying to be polite... if this was his next three days he might end up slamming his head into a wall.]
Re: spam.
Date: 2011-08-30 09:11 pm (UTC)She frowned and lowered her embroidery, sniffing disdainfully.]
Yes, alright. We can travel to your cabin; I'll bring my embroidery with me.
Re: spam.
Date: 2011-08-30 10:00 pm (UTC)[He headed to the door a little, but made sure to wait for her. He could probably practice his violin and she seemed relatively happy with her embroidery.]
