Alright, I think... question club needs to happen.
So consider this post an open place to ask questions about the Barge, and to provide answers if you know them - or to discuss ways of finding out the answer. Anyone's welcome, as are any questions.
[Private to Bertie]
What instrument do you play?
[Private to Sherlock]
Mr Holmes, may I ask if you can make a request for the art room?
At home, we can paint in full colour without seeing them by using numbered codes.
Would it be possible to get these numbered codes put on the paints provided in the art room?
[Filtered to Jane, Chromie and Ariadne]
I was thinking of working out a standard series of questions for people who've just woken up from comas. To help us try and find patterns - it's easier if we ask for the same information from everyone.
Any suggestions as to the questions?
[Private to Jane]
I've got a book for this week. Ovaltine and the radiators tonight?

Date: 2011-05-01 10:18 pm (UTC)That depends on what patterns we're trying to look for.

What book is it?

Date: 2011-05-01 10:23 pm (UTC)I think it might be better to see what patterns you can find, rather than go in looking for something in particular.

The Scarlet Letter.
I couldn't resist it.

Date: 2011-05-01 10:28 pm (UTC)Seems a little inefficient to make it so...open. But fine. I don't know what questions could be asked, though. It can't be anything too personal, if we want them to be for everyone.
[Private]
What's it about?
No. Don't tell me. I'll find out.

Date: 2011-05-01 10:34 pm (UTC)It'll have to be pretty general to start off with. We might find something to spot to pursue further.

I don't know. I haven't read it yet. The back mentions something called 'Puritans' and adultery.
I really just picked it up for the title.

Una said something about dreams when she was in her coma. Do you think that might be something we could ask about?
And that book seems...interesting. I don't know what those things mean, though.

Date: 2011-05-02 07:53 pm (UTC)There'd have to be research into the first few, but I'm keeping a list of unanswered questions, and they'll be put on it.
The last two, I can do right now, though.
Question club is, essentially, like a debating society, but open to everyone.
I play cricket, hockeyball, croquet (if I'm made to) and tennis.
