A certain... recent incidents have made me wonder something.

Does anyone come from a world where it's acceptable to kill others if they're going to die a potentially long, drawn out, horrific death? By which I mean kill using medicinal means, with given permission and consent. Not just... using a instant-kill-gun and shooting them.

Also, I will consider anyone who informs my inmate that I asked this question as officially undermining my position.

If you want me to, I will, but I want you to do the same to him. Don't try and teach him lessons, don't try and punish him or scare him off. The first two are my job, and the other isn't how things work.

[He paused and handed Rex his communicator back, intending to read the rest in private, if nothing else,] But I won't tolerate an insincere apology, and I won't ask for them in return for... [He's a little confused by brownie points, but maybe Rex isn't the best person to ask,] favours.

I had my moment of fun. As far as I'm concerned, I'm finished with him. All harassment is coming from his end.

You should know: the last time a warden told him to leave me alone, he started harassing me in private.

[Eddie stuck out his hand, a little optimistically, to shake, but the rules of politeness told him he must,] Again, thank you, Doctor Lewis. [He still couldn't quite get used to 'doctor' as a title, and he certainly didn't trust it.]

[Rex accepted the gesture, shaking Eddie's hand, totally unaware of how suspicious his title might have seemed.] You're welcome-- [And then he realized that he didn't know the other man's surname, so he left it at that and walked stiffly out of the room.]
