I'd give you advice on Victor but you work with him already and... he's not dangerous. He just might be rude.

Be very careful about death around him. And don't let any insulting comment by him go. Oh! And I was demeriting him for using the wrong pronouns about people.

Sometimes he calls people like Rex 'it'. Like he's an animal. He's getting better on it, but I like to keep a close check on that kind of thing.
