[Eddie bounces on to camera. He looks just like the icon. Except he's got a black and white barcode down his spine, complete with numbers. This rabbit looks exceptionally excited.]

The barcode! [Much to Eddie's misfortune, he's only understandable to other animals. To anyone else, it's just rabbit noise.] Take a picture of the barcode!

I'm the Last Rabbit! Best flood ever.

[pause]

Wait. The Last Rabbit's a girl.

[quick! Change the subject!]

Victor? You alright?

Jane?

...funny. [And she bounded her way to his room, leaving her communicator behind. She fumbled at his door for a bit before she finally got it open.]

Eddie? [She didn't want to bounce on him.]

[Eddie was currently sat on his bed in a big fluffy ball,] Over here.

[She really was a bouncing goat. He couldn't help but think it was actually a little brilliant.]

[She shuffled over, attempting to walk and not bounce as much. It didn't work as well as she thought.]

Huh. You're not as impressive as I thought.

I imagine the impressive thing is that it's the last one, rather than... actually being impressive.

[He paused and bounced across the room, picking up his merit book in his mouth and waving it at her,] We could try the CES?

[She nodded and shuffled backwards, out the door.] Good idea.

At least that will be safer.

[She bounced a bit once she was in the corridor.] Did someone offer to take a picture of your barcode?

Someone told me there was a lion.

[She tilted her head to the side and knocked her horns against the side of the corridor.]

You should stay with me, then. [She started to hop down the corridor.]

[She paused at the stairs and then looked to the lift.] Better idea. [She continued on to it.]

A whole lion? What did you expect? Half a lion?

[Eddie followed along, much more slowly, but looked up at the lift. Everything was so much more intimdiating from down here.]

How are we going to call it? Or get it to go anywhere?

[Jane paused, trying for a moment to push her hooves up against it. It took a bit of fumbling, but she finally hit the right button.]

Just like that. [There was no mistaking the hint of arrogance there.]

[Eddie laughed and jumped inside,] The lift, or us as these animals? Because I imagine they'd mostly just laugh at the latter.

The latter. [She stared at the panel thoughtfully (if a bouncing goat could be thoughtful) and jabbed a hoof at it.] That should get us...somewhere.
